without their manager. Subsequently, it shares and discusses
its feedback.

In a debrief call, you'll dive deeper into the feedback and identify next steps for your leadership journey.

Preparation of an interactive feedback workshop (including briefing call)

Facilitation of a session of up to three hours (in person)

Documentation of the session results (slide deck)

Debrief call with the leader: core results, possible next steps (up to 60 minutes)
