Die Preisgestaltung besteht aus einer Setup-Gebühr zu Projektbeginn und einer festen Erfolgsgebühr bei erfolgreicher Besetzung. In der Regel kannst du mit Gesamtkosten von 5.000 bis 15.000 Euro pro Position rechnen. Die genauen Gebühren teilen wir dir nach unserem ersten Gespräch mit, da sie von deinem Kontext und den zu besetzenden Positionen abhängen.
Two pricing options (depending on your preference):
a) Hourly-based engagement - between 100 and 180 Euro per hour depending on project size, complexity and involved team members. Scope and guidelines on monthly amount of hours aligned upfront and continuous reporting on used hours in a shared document - no surprises. Flexible contract with monthly cancellation option.
b) Fixed package pricing (the exact price will depend on the elements from the list above you wish to include and your context)

Both roles support founders directly, but they differ in seniority, scope and the kind of leverage they create.
A Founder's Associate is typically an early-career generalist who takes tasks off the founder's plate and keeps things moving. They thrive in high-ambiguity environments, handling everything from research and hiring coordination to meeting prep and internal ops. It's a high-velocity, execution-heavy role — and a great launchpad for a career in operations or strategy.
A Chief of Staff is a more senior, strategic partner who amplifies leadership impact at the organisational level. Rather than executing individual tasks, they translate vision into action, drive cross-functional alignment, run OKR cycles and own strategic initiatives. They are deeply trusted by the founder and leadership team, often operating behind the scenes to clear noise and keep priorities on track.
Put simply: a Founder's Associate helps you scale yourself — a Chief of Staff helps you scale the company.
Most companies bring on a Founder's Associate at pre-Seed to Series A stage, and transition to a Chief of Staff as complexity grows and the founder's bandwidth becomes a strategic bottleneck rather than an operational one.

Unsere durchschnittliche Time-to-Hire liegt bei 6–10 Wochen. Wir steuern einen straffen, transparenten Prozess – damit du jederzeit weißt, wo ihr steht, und starke KandidatInnen nicht durch langsame Feedbackschleifen abspringen. In den meisten Fällen kannst du bereits 10 bis 20 Tage nach dem Kick-off erste passende KandidatInnen interviewen.
Wichtig ist aber: Die tatsächliche Time-to-Hire hängt nicht nur von uns und dem KandidatInnenmarkt ab, sondern auch von deiner Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit und der Zusammenarbeit im Prozess. Wenn alles gut zusammenpasst, haben wir in einzelnen Fällen auch schon Besetzungen in weniger als vier Wochen realisiert.

After an initial deep-dive profile briefing, we handle everything from job postings and candidate outreach to screening and interview coordination. You'll receive a shortlist of pre-vetted candidates with written assessments, and we support you through the final interviews and offer stage.
If you book our Full Package (see above) we can also support you in pre-search role design, setting up your overall assessment process and onboarding after your hire has started.

A few things. We bring our consultant mindset to recruiting — every search starts with a detailed briefing session in which we aim to fully understand your context and the required role profile as well as aligning on all other relevant aspects of our collaboration. We then move fast without cutting corners (average time-to-hire: 6–10 weeks). But: we always prioritise candidate quality over sheer speed.
And because we've spent years working inside and with organisations and leadership teams as fractional Chiefs of Staff, we understand these entrepreneurial roles at a depth most recruiters don't.

We include a 90-day onboarding check-in to catch issues early. If the placement doesn't work out within a defined period, we offer a replacement search — specifics are shared during our initial conversation.
